What a fantastic day our children had on their visit to Hardwick Park! Class groups enjoyed a fun and engaging springtime workshop, where they explored nature, learned about seasonal changes, and discovered the beauty of the outdoors.
After the workshop, the children spent time exploring the grounds, taking in the fresh air, the wildlife, and the many natural treasures the park has to offer. They even gathered some special treasures to bring back to school, ready to inspire future learning.
Of course, no school trip is complete without time to play — and the children absolutely loved the park’s play area. Laughter, climbing, running, and big smiles filled the space throughout the afternoon.
And perhaps the most important part of the day?
Enjoying their packed lunches!
The children were delighted to sit together, chat, and recharge before continuing their adventure.
We are incredibly proud of our wonderful, well‑behaved children, who represented St Cuthbert’s beautifully throughout the whole visit.
A heartfelt thank you to all of our helpers. Your support makes days like this possible, and we appreciate everything you do for our school community.
